
Uber Deliveries
You can arrange to have your order delivered to you by Uber subject to the below conditions.
Please note Danish Blue Adult Centres policy for EVERY online click and collect or Uber order no matter how large or small our staff must receive a copy of your photo ID matching the details of the online order and a copy of the credit card used for the online purchase emailed to the store before we will release your items purchased to the Uber driver.
Danish Blue Adult Centres will not release your purchase until these have been verified! If you are not able or willing to provide this information then the only option will be for Australia post delivery or refund!
Once you receive confirmation from us that your order is ready for collection you can then book your Uber. Please ensure you advise us of the drivers rego number to ensure we give your order to the correct person. Please inform your Uber driver they will need to come into the store to collect your order.
Your order will be packaged discretely and given to the driver. Danish Blue Adult Centres accepts no responsibility for items not making it to the final destination or damaged once leaving our stores. Should you need to track your order you can do so via the Uber mobile app.
Once again please do not arrange the Uber collection until you have provided to the store a copy of your drivers licence and credit card used for the online purchase. Your purchase will not be released until these are verified and we would hate to disappoint or cause any extra Uber fee's or surcharges caused due to the driver having to wait or the job being cancelled due to not receiving this information.
PICK UP AND SHIPPING
Orders delivered to Australian addresses are charged according to delivery type.
All orders over $100 are delivered free of charge via Regular Parcel Post.
For orders in Australia under $100 shipping is charged according to delivery type. Or at no cost arrange to pick up at your closest Danish Blue Adult Centres located in St Kilda and South Melbourne.
For all items being picked up you will need to provide photo ID and the credit card used to make the online purchase at time of pick up.
Please have these items with you at time of collection as we dont want to disappoint you by not being able to release the goods or you having to return to collect the items. If someone is collecting on your behalf then please make sure they have popies of the above information.
If your parcel is to be sent to your workplace you must specify the business name in your shipping address as Australia Post will not deliver to business addresses without a business name.
