Shipping Information

All orders are sent via Australia Post. Shipping is available with any order made during business hours - Monday to Friday. We can not send orders on a public holidays or over the weekend. Unless specified, all orders will be shipped using Australia Post's Parcel Post. All orders are traceable using the tracking number provide. The tracking number will automatically be sent to you when your order is finalised.

To ensure your privacy,
- The box is in Plain Packaging
- The sender will be 'Pandiano Pty Ltd', 'Butchard Holdings Pty Ltd' or 'Farjo Pty Ltd'
- There is no indication of what goods are contained within the package.
Unlike many other companies, we do not see postage charges as a 'profit centre' and only charge you a small flat fee, regardless of the size or weight.

A flat fee of $11.64 is applicable to orders under $100 sent by Parcel Post. Orders over $100 receive free shipping. Express Shipping is available for a flat fee of $15.42 for orders under $150. Orders over $150 get Free Express Shipping.

We want you to have your order as quickly as possible. Your order will be processed, packed and dispatched generally within 24 hours of receiving your order (weekdays only), provided we can confirm payment has been received and you order before 3.00 pm AEST.

Please allow 2-7 business days delivery for metropolitan areas. (Remote country areas may take slightly longer). We hope it will arrive quickly but once it has been lodged with Australia Post, we have no further control over the process.

Any information for deliveries is a guide only. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for shipping during weeks that include local public holidays.
